Gancia (vermouth) : Le vermouth Gancia est un apéritif fabriqué par l'entreprise vinicole italienne Gancia. Celle-ci a été fondée en 1850 à Turin par Carlo Gancia à partir de raisin du Piémont. Elle est surtout connue pour son Gancia Aperitivo Originale. Comme d'autres boissons alcoolisées italiennes (comme le Fernet Branca), le gancia est consommé massivement aux État-Unis d'Amérique et en Argentine. Carlo Gancia est connu pour être le père du vin mousseux italien.
